"To start off I would like to say I have stayed at a lot of hotels but the front desk staff at this hotel was so incredibly rude to its guests. The way they talked to people who asked questions was something I had never heard from front desk staff before.
The hotel may have been a smoking hotel at one point as the remnants of old smoke remained in the rooms and the lobby area. The front desk staff smoked (as well as other guests) just outside the door which probably didn’t help.
At breakfast which was a good spread when item low and someone asked for that item the staff said absolutely not. ( this was in regards to someone asking for a piece of cheese). Another being when the WiFi password didn’t work the front desk answer was well mine is working perfectly fine so I can give you a number to call but there is nothing I can do. It was the manner and the tone in which the hotel staff behaved that was most astonishing. The hotel is older and in need of updates but the rooms were clean. "
