"Staffs did miscommunicate several times: we got checked into the room with plumbing problems. The frontdesk staff wasn’t told that the room was supposed to be closed for maintenance. Secondly, the room was not cleaned up even after asking directly at the front desk. Trash was not picked up, beds were not changed.
