"Close to the beach and the train directly to the Giants games!"

"There was plenty of parking available when we arrived on Thursday and I had no concerns about the safety of the car. When we checked in the staff noticed that I had booked a room with a single bed for my sister and I and let us take a room with two beds at no extra charge which was so nice! Our room had a view of the ocean and it was clean with comfortable beds, a fridge, and microwave. The location is great since you can walk right onto the beach or to Golden Gate park, and the N Judah line...

"Easy quiet stay "

"Motel 6 on the great highway is a quiet place with good parking. It was somewhat old looking but adequate. No shampoo was provided… but it had soap…I had to request another blanket as one night I was cold…i no complaints"

"I specifically chose this place to park the car, but there are so many cars that sometimes there is no space for parking. The only thing I liked there was the upper deck where we sat and ate. The numbers in the pictures look better, but in reality, not in the branches, in my case, the things inside were whiter, broken, and not well maintained."

"The photos of this place look completely different. I paid for a king standard thats suppose to be bigger but the staff gave me a smaller room. He claimed that there was some conference going on and thats why he couldn't give me the bigger room that i purchased. Also THERE IS NO FREE PARKING. Kinda felt like a prison. There were also ants. I dont think i will be coming back."

"It was your average motel needs more counter space. Bathrooms looked upgraded but needed more counter space and where the coffee maker is at. "

"We had to wait about 30 minutes to check in because there was only a note left on the door — no time listed and no phone number to call just in case. There were only two nearby restaurant options. One was extremely noisy and felt more like a bar, while the other around the corner closed at 2:00 PM and reopened at 5:30 PM. On Sundays it closed at 9:00 PM, and Mondays it was closed altogether. There’s also a pizza place on the same block with good food, plus a deli with no listed prices, which...

"Parking was limited and if you get back late, you have to park on the street. The bedding is ugly as hell however, the bedsheets were clean and comfortable. The current bedspreads gave that 70s vibe. When you first walk into the room, there’s this musty smell and the ceiling above the shower needs to be looked at this is room 218."

"My daughter and I recently stayed at the Grove Inn and found it very nice. There was consistent communication from the staff prior to check in (regarding access, parking, etc). The building is so cute, and very well maintained. The room was spotless. We also loved the convenient locations (we walked to Alamo Square to see the view, then walked to a nearby sushi restaurant and Salt and Straw). We would definitely stay again!"
