Minor hiccup at check-in due to booking through Expedia - Expedia doesn't share any info with the owner of the property and the email for my self check-in wasn't sent. "We were only at the property for one night, but clean and comfortable. They had a nice hot breakfast with scrambled eggs and bacon that was very good. This was our first time meeting in the pub area near the front desk, and there was a nice group of other parents who had children graduating from college. We enjoyed the company of the others, and the woman that served everyone had a great personality. It was an enjoyable experience."

"If I could give this B&B 10 stars, I would. Richard has thought of everything. We got there past the normal check in time a bit stressed by very long waits due to road work. Richard greeted us with a glass of wine, gave us a tour of the mansion and phoned a nearby restaurant to ensure that they would still serve us dinner. Our room was lovely and there was Irish cream and chocolates waiting for us before bed. The breakfast in the morning was incredible. We were sorry we could only stay one...

"The staff was friendly, but I noticed right away that the room & bathroom weren't cleaned very well. There was multiple hairs on the bathroom floor & there was bobbie pins & trash on the bedroom floor. Also, I was under the impression there was hot food for the continental breakfast. Instead, they had cold breakfast sandwiches that you had to microwave."

" Everything was great. There 2 super minor things to critique. We ran out of hot water when showering with that many guys to shower after long day out hunting (we just staggered our showers over longer time frame for the second day) and there was loose step stone on the steps. But like I said great place, all of the guys look forward to renting this place for next year too! Thanks for letting us stay!"
