"Room. It was fairly clean, I say that because when we got ready for bed, after pulling the sheets from bed, there was black little bugs. Staff. Extremely poor method of checking in, they didnt have my name they only had my husband's name twice on the reservation and blamed expedia. We were never told about the upgrade of $200, therefore I was not able to order the good tequila nor ceviche!! Like what! Im on vacation at an all inclusive resort! Breakfast.
