Cocoa hotel guide. Extended Stay America hotel in Cocoa, Florida

"A/c wasn’t working. Took all night to cool down. In room phone didn’t work. Had to go to front desk. Phone replaced. Still didn’t work. Internet didn’t work last night and day. Tv reception was poor throughout stay. Shower floor very slippery. No grab bars."

"Bed was hard. Hair in the shower. Staff was very nice"

"The room itself was clean enough and the bed was comfortable. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was not great but ok. The hotel itself is not being maintained. The elevator was not working so we had to take the stairs. This wasn’t a problem but it seemed to fit the lack of overall care for the facility. The carpets on the stairs and the hallways are very worn with stains and imbedded dirt that creates an unpleasant smell. It seemed that the cost we paid did not match the quality of the hotel. We would not choose to stay here again."
