"Well maintained property and hotel. Visually appealing interior and exterior. Nice outdoor sitting area, where you may grill if you wish. Walkable to restaurants and outdoor mall. "

"We didn't have breakfast the three mornings we were there. Parking was a breeze. Staff was warm and pleasant. The room was great, comfortable bed. We did have to ask front desk to have our room trash emptied and fresh towels. But I would stay there again. The hotel is convenient to shopping and dining."

" Breakfast was basic waffles, eggs, meat & potato options - decent. A/C was loud. Hotel has 5 floors and the only working ice machine was on the 1st floor - located at the end of the building next to maintenance room that was always open, was awkward while they sat there. Considering I could’ve booked the Trianon which is much more upscale for the same price - I would recommend you weigh your options a before booking here."

"What makes this great hotel even better is the excellent staff, especially Andrew, the manager. Even in the face of a group of aggressive younger guests, he was professional and collected and handled everything with a great attitude towards all. The accommodations were exceptional and the breakfast buffet was delicious... real eggs! I highly recommend this hotel!!!"

"My only complaint is that you allow people to smoke at the entrance. Everyone has to walk through that area"

"friendly remote checkin, was quick and painless. rooms dated but clean. breakfast stuff wasnt there but we were there on easter so staff might have been off. Rooms dated but clean. Safe area. my only real "issue" was the wifi in the room was terrible and i travel for work so its a must. other than that no real complaints. "

"Lots of local things to do as far as shopping and dining. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Great place to stay near the airport."

"Cheap everything in kitchen, furniture, dirty carpets, no housekeeping, had to buy TPaper. Maintenance was who we to for help. Hot tub was green. Rude 1 front desk person who never could help with anything. 🙁. No beach was available, busy restaurant next door with carts bringing supplies back and forth late into evening and early early morning. 😞"

"Room was nice and clean. However, we arrived at 5:30 p.m. and it was not ready. We were told that it would take 15 minutes to clean. We had a power outage in the room in the evening, which was found to be a breaker."

"Front desk staff were the best that we have experienced in a long time. Shuttle drivers were pleasant and punctual, very pleased that this service included area restaurants, airport transportation and pickup at rental car facility. Our room was clean with the exception of air conditioning vent. "
