"I accidentally made a reservation at this hotel, not realizing the date on my search had reset and was no longer correct. Within about two minutes of making the reservation, I caught my error and immediately called to cancel. The hotel was completely inflexible and charged me full price for a room that I wouldn't be able to stay in. It was an honest mistake that was caught quickly. "The bagels in the morning were all moldy. Once I told a worker they put out new ones, but clearly the bagels weren’t checked when they put them out. The bed frame was extremely loud and squeaky that made it impossible to sleep if someone was rolling over. It was OK for the price, but was really disappointed in the moldy food."
