The room was nice a bit larger than expected & beautiful river view however to be a newer I was surprised that our initial room smelled like mildew/mold. The smell came from the bathroom which was right by the entrance so soon as you walk in it hit you. I believe due to the showers not having doors the water escapes into the flooring or somewhere. They graciously gave us another room which was better smell...

"The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was nice. The breakfast was delicious with options including biscuits, fried eggs, shredded cheese, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, pastries, bagels, etc. I found a free parking spot (on Saturday night) in front of the hotel. But my husband had to park his car a good distance away. FYI- the parking garage does not have EV chargers."

"If you have absolutely no other option due to pets. Do a b&b. The customer service at this location is atrocious. The lack of hospitality and customer attentiveness caused a mediocre stay to become absolutely terrible. Try any other sister affiliates if you can."
