Appartment directly in tourist sector, nice view, but with enough tranquility. Reception at hotel a couple of minutes walk away was quick and efficient, staff helped us with car, free parking(safe), luggage, showed us the way up to the entrance, allowed early check in! Clean and comfortable.

I like this Apartment, very centrally located and you can walk slightly longer around to avoid the many steps through the church. The layout is comfortable for our 3 nights stay, has many plug-in outlets, big refrigerator, washing machine and best of all free parking.

The apartment was very nice, clean and also spacious. We really enjoyed the location. Check in was very smooth, you park outside the Hotel Oslo (there are parks on the left in front of the hotel) and once you have checked in you are given a pass for the parking building nearby. We really appreciated having parking! All the staff we interacted with were fantastic. As others have pointed out there is a section with stairs (about 30) on the walk to the apartment and there are no lifts/elevators in the apartment building itself, however, once we reached the building staff carried our bags up to our room. I would recommend staying here.

Note that checkin is at a hotel 5 - 10 minutes from apartment so if you don’t want to carry your bags up lots of stairs, ask the reception how to get to the apartment without using the stairs or use Google maps ( wheelchair access) to find the flat route, although still slightly uphill,

This clean little apartment had everything we needed, with space to spare! We appreciated being able to wash our clothes and have a breakfast of groceries we bought from a supermarket less than 10 minutes’ walk away - on a Saturday evening! Parking was conveniently located from check-in, and we took advantage of it upon checkout so that we could wander around town for a few hours. Proximity to everything we wanted to see was great…just a walk away. Bonus was that we happened upon a wonderful concert very near the apartment, in front of the Santa Cruz Church. One downside of this rental is that it is near a road with an incline, and there were many loud motorcycles passing late into the night that prevented a good night’s sleep. Also, for those with mobility issues, the distance and stairs between parking and the apartment could pose a problem. Overall, this was a very nice stay.

Easy check in process with partner hotel which was opposite Coimbra A bus drop off from train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious apartment right in the heart of Coimbra. Well equipped with everything you could need including washing machine. Only stayed 1 night so couldnt really make use of all the amenities but would be fantastic for longer stay.

Beautiful apartment in the historic district of Coimbra. My family of four had the fourth floor apartment which did not have an elevator. Although it initially seemed intimidating, we were able to manage it and the staff assisted us with bringing the luggage upstairs. If you have any physical limitations, make sure you arrange to stay on a lower floor if possible. The area is beautiful, with lots of restaurants, shops, and pharmacies. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in 4.1 suite and it was an entire floor. It’s a beautifully restored original building. Clean and spacious. The floors are creaky because it is an old building but adds to the character. Would stay again and definitely recommend for families with several children. Team provided a list of restaurants and recommendations that was also very helpful

Excellent location and surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the main street. Option of parking was excellent, just note that the car park is very narrow and steep, so could be daunting if in a large car/ rental. Great ammentities provided and we'll equipped kitchen. Bedroom was a good size but we felt the couch took up too much of the bedroom, meaning we had nowhere to open our large case. This wouldn't be a problem if travelling with small cases. I must note the poor quality of the air conditioning that made it very difficult for sleeping. We were in Coimbra during a heatwave, but even on a permanent low setting, it had little effect.
