A little gem just a short walk from the old town. The staff are awesome, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are lovely and beds are very comfortable. There’s a good selection at breakfast and the roof terrace is a great place to enjoy a drink and the views. Highly recommend for a few nights in Coimbra

Good central location. Amazing views of the city from our room and the lovely rooftop seating area. Delicious breakfast and bar area- comfortable seating and great views. Very nice staff.

Clean, decent breakfast, close to the centre. No complains. Rooms are tiny. In general, it doesn't matter, we walk all day and come to the room to shower and sleep. What l noticed, rooms l book with expedia, the view from the room is teribble. I wonder if expedia reserves A block of the worse rooms

On a really busy street. Thin walls no soundproofing. Underground garage across the street for parking which was really tight to get in and out of. If you drive an SUV you are in trouble. Also the garage goes down 4 floors below ground. Very dark and uncomfortable feeling. Staff were great! Breakfast ok. Some really great restaurants close by.

Le parking compris était vraiment très pratique! Tout se faisait à pied, et tous les restaurants était accessible à quelques minutes de marche de l’hôtel.

Hotel was well located near historic sites. Staff were excellent and were happy to answer any questions. Hotel is older and thuss rooms were compact but had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was very good.

The staff was very friendly when we checked in. Availability for parking and decent breakfast was a plus. However, rooms where tiny and not convenient for family of 3. The air conditioner in the room was set to warm temp. When asked the staff said, the whole floor temp is set to that level and if you want you can turn of the ac and open the window. However, it is beside a noisy street, so opening the window is not an ideal option. I think next time if I have to recommend a place, I prefer a place little closer to the Coimbra university library area.

Basic hotel in a great location with convenient parking. What it lacks in luxory it makes up for with the very helpful staff and the incredible views from the rooftop terrace.

Good hotel with great views and would generally recommend. Potential guests should know that 4G/5G antennas are located at the top of the building which is not good for anyone who is sensitive to this type of exposure. Otherwise very good hotel.

A truly great place to stay. The staff are wonderful, our room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was superb although very very crowded! Highly recommended.

Excellent location, excellent service, very friendly and kind staff. Excellent breakfast. This is a classic old hotel of Coimbra. Nice rooftop and evening bar area to rest after a day of touring. Children are treated well. Noisy downtown area with traffic and night-time partying, so you must sleep with windows closed and you can still hear the noise. Bring ear plugs. Hotel Parking is very tight. Don't bring a large car.

Don't stay if you ike your sleep.
The bed may have well beein sleeping on a concrete slab, and the noise from the street made it impossible to sleep. Other than that, the loation of the hotel was good an the breakfast was good as well.

Great location in historic Coimbra and we appreciated the complementary parking and buffet breakfast. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The view from the rooftop patio is spectacular. We paid for a room upgrade as the standard room was small with a small shower. Would prefer rooms without carpeting but overall a comfortable stay in beautiful Coimbra.

Had everything we needed for one night.
We stayed win this hotel for one night and it was comfortable. It is an older property and the room and bathroom were small but clean and well appointed. Parking is in a parking garage across the street and you are definitely better off with a smaller car. Breakfast was good, but they put out some moldy mandarines. The location of the hotel is central with easy access to the old town.
