"We reserved an ADA room and after driving 5 hrs we were ready to relax ...we found our room not to be ADA with no bars in the bathroom or shower....which is what I needed after a recent hip surgery we were to tired to think about moving to a new room. Also the refrigerator made a loud ticking noice all the time making it very hard to sleep."

"If your looking for a fun place to have fun with your kids look no further! You can enjoy their amazing pool and have a picnic at their fantastic outdoot seating area. If your kidos try and play with a nerf football your family can enjoy the hotel manager calling the cops for a special night of play! So if you want a great place to stay with these wonderful amenities, loud sirens and fantastic staff this is your place. But do keep an eye on things as the area is as great as the Bates Motel."

"My husband was on his way to Bend, OR to visit a friend in hospice. I booked him this room, then his car broke down and he was never able to make it to the hotel. Expedia reached out to the hotel for me, asking for at least a partial refund, and they refused. We paid almost $200 for a room that was never used, didn’t need to be cleaned, and the hotel had zero compassion or understanding for our situation. I’ll never stay with Super 8 again!"
