Easy to find and park at the hotel - clean room and staff were helpful. Breakfast was decent too. There was an iron and board in the room and WiFi was good enough for teams calls.

It was short walk from the train station and like 50 minutes from London. The restaurant in the hotel is pretty good and the bus to colchester city center is pretty good. The hotel was clean and check out was pretty easy as well.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the delta Marriott hotel last week. The room was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful and my family and I enjoyed our time staying at this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Delta Marriott while visiting the area for a family birthday! Since it was an unusually hot day, walking into a crisp, perfectly air-conditioned room was a huge relief. Our room was very spacious for our family of four, with comfortable beds, quality linens, excellent room amenities, and a nice, clean bathroom. The kids loved the pool, which is conveniently located in its own separate area. Breakfast the next morning was great with plenty of variety to keep everyone happy, and the staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. All in all, a fantastic experience—we’d definitely stay here again!

Hotel is good, was moved to a bigger bedroom without any fuss, the staff were great Breakfast was nice and hot and the swimming pool facilities were ok but a little tired Overall I would recommend this hotel, especially if going to the zoo, a ten minute drive

The staff were lovely, really friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the use of the leisure centre was great. The breakfast was fab - loved the fresh pancake machine!

The staff were polite, friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, whether at reception, in the breakfast area or at the bar. I’ve stayed here before and have always found the rooms to be clean, comfortable and well maintained. This time, I booked a twin room as that was the only option available to me. I was expecting two standard single beds, but they were actually larger than expected and probably the perfect size for one person. Parking is £8 per day, which I think is very reasonable considering the convenience of being able to park at the hotel. Overall, another really comfortable stay and I would happily stay here again.

I was overall happy with the service I received & the cleanliness of the room. All the staff i encountered were very helpful & friendly. The only small criticism I have is that on my second day during breakfast, they ran out of pancakes. The pancakes were so delicious I was a bit frustrated, but I understand it wasn't the fault of staff directly.

Lovely hotel with welcoming staff. Getting on the Internet is an issue and on check out I was told this is always spoken about but easy to do when you know how. Maybe tell people how to when you check In.

The hotel and staff were absolutely amazing. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to my autistic grandson having a meltdown. The staff were very professional and kind in handling the situation
