"Location was great. Room was very clean. Staff was great. One issue is that someone next to us was smoking a few times each night and because of the shared door between the rooms we smelled smoke. We called the front desk and they sent someone up right away and they sniffed around, smelled smoke as well, knocked next door and the people next door insisted they were just cooking noodles. So they told us it was just noodles as the verdict and not to worry. Well, we do know what cigarette smoke smells like, and if it is noodles, it still smelled, but it WAS cigarette smoke, and after complaining they cut it back to three packs of noodles a night for the duration of our stay. Walls are thin, we could hear people snoring at night next door. Other than that, nice clean place and if the price was a bit cheaper we'd stay there again if ever in London."

"The hotel was well located and close to the subway station. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was very small in comparison to hotelsmin other cities in France and Italy. From my understanding that is the standard in England. Small but clean. I’m used to having a small refrigerator and the ability to make coffee 1st thing in the morning. Neither was available in the room. Overall very nice and clean just very small."

"The room itself was good, but the soundproofing was very poor. I could hear the TV from the room next door almost the entire time. I called the front desk about the issue, but unfortunately, nothing was done. The gym is also very small and doesn’t have enough machines or equipment. The breakfast was fine, but nothing special. Overall, the room was comfortable, but the noise and lack of response from the front desk really affected my stay."

"There is a bed, a toilet, a shower, and a trash can. That it. Most don't need more than that. Great for a solo business travel where you'll just sleep in the room. Work from bed or at a cafe. Bed is comfortable."

"This is a very nice looking hotel in which the rooms actually do look like the photos online which is rare! The staff were professional and welcoming and our room was clean, well presented and a good size for the price in London. The bathroom was excellent with a really great shower. The only down side was that our room overlooked a courtyard with loads of industrial vents that were quite noisy, the windows are thin and I'm guessing it's a conservation area or something because they haven't been double glazed. There is also no air conditioning which was fine for the weather when we were there but I imagine a combination of noisy outside and no air con could be annoying in hot weather!"
