"If you're a light sleeper, avoid staying in room 5155, the floors boards above are very squeaky (I believe its the bar/restaurant area above) so it was noisy hearing people walking around. Very cool and spacious room though, clean and simple."

"We arrived after a long train journey and a visit to the V&A. The guy on reception couldn’t have been more helpful. Very polite and knowledgeable. Had a drink in the bar before we went to our room. Crossed the street and straight up in the lift to the second floor. Our room was spotless with everything we needed. Teas,coffee,hairdryer and toiletries. The bed was really comfortable too.
