"Hotel is nice and what you would expect at a Hyatt.
The shuttle service needs to be better organized. I made a reservation for the shuttle to the airport, it seats 12 people. 18-19 people showed up and there was NO questions about who made a reservation. Just people demanding a seat, almost came to blows. Just have a list of who is supposed to be on shuttle at what time."
