"Nice, clean hotel. We were there for a concert and definitely think we paid premium for our 1 night stay. We ended up with an accessible room which I would assume is why it was so big-lots of space in the bedroom area and seemed like a huge bathroom for a hotel. The beds were kind of squeaky and I didn’t think super comfy, but didn’t sleep poorly or anything. Comfy, numerous pillows. I liked that they have shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion there for you. Breakfast the the usual hotel...

"The elevator didn’t work from the parking garage to the main floor. However, Sou Chef Javon was outstanding. He saw us trying to get our luggage in and he grabbed our bags and took them to our room and later returned with bottles of cold water to ensure we felt welcome. He deserves a raise. Ashley at the check-in desk was very kind."

"we always stay at this place and love it. This is the first time I charged restaurant meal to my room directly- I usually pay on spot. On my check out I noticed an additional dinner charge -someone else’s meal on my bill. Luckily I looked at my print out before departing.It was credited back with an apology. I highly recommend to pay for things directly and not charge it to the room . The food is excellent!!!"

"Parking $18 is expensive and you have to pay for it to a third party over the Internet. Then the garage is a good long walk from the lobby. Internet access is expensive at $12.95. Breakfast is also expensive and there really is no close alternatives."

"Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were friendly but seemed limited and unsure when an issue arose with a charge to my room. Apparently staff that checked me in did not do something correctly, resulting in charges to my room. The manager did get it resolved when I checked out."

"Special thanks for the FD agent Rob. Very helpful and professional. He answered all our questions. Room was amazing . Very clean ( housekeeping doing a good job) confortable beds. All public area well maintained and lobby smells always good. Very convenient location with many restaurants around. Shuttle is a plus! Breakfast was amazing, breakfast attendant Renato has a great customer service. Always smiling."
