During my stay, 2 of the guest elevators were out of service, leaving only 1 operational guest elevator and the service elevator temporarily available for guest use. This information was not communicated prior to check-in. Waiting up to 20 minutes just to get on an elevator is completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel of this size. To make matters worse, the one remaining guest elevator eventually became...

"The Breakfast was better than most Marriott’s . The extra ingredients they had for oatmeal, waffles etc were great and the selection of Oat and Almond Milk was fine. All the Staff including the front desk could not be more accommodating. I will definitely be staying at this property every time I visit this area for business . "

"The water in the shower was either way too hot and burned you or too cold and we could not get the water to a moderate temperature to have a comfortable shower. Not sure if that was just our room or not. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great sleep. "
