"The hotel was beautiful, and so incredibly restful. Great transport links into Rome. The hotel had a shuttle that would take you into town. Sadly, the shuttle was very very unreliable. You had to book it in advance, and even then, we had to call the hotel several time to get them to pick us up. That was incredibly disappointing. If you don't have a local phone number and have to pay for foreign phone calls, I would not recommend. You will be stuck without a ride."

"Mould all over the walls in the washroom and where you hang your towel. Other than that, the hotel was good and the metro was close by to get you where you need to go. Food in the restaurant was very good."

"The location is excellent, just off A1. The toll station of A1 was just under my window. Windows have good sound protection. Room is very small. We needed to repack 2 medium size suitcases, but there was no space on the floor to open both of them. The only option to put suitcases on the bed. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant on the ground floor was very good."

"Our stay at the Regina Bed and Breakfast was a 10+. Our host Filippo was excellent from the time he greeted us at the property, carried our bags up to our room, arranged taxi rides, provided a wonderful breakfast every morning, provided great and timely communication as well as making dinner reservations for us at an exceptional spot under Roman ruins. "Reason for stay was that we landed late at night & didn’t want to arrive at our city centre apartment in the dark & when contact with owners were limited. Map shows it being a short walk from the terminal; however, that is as the crow flies - walking would take 2hrs when we mapped it out. There is a free shuttle to the train station & then into Rome but it wasn’t clear how to get it & the bus drivers not helpful. We ended up getting a taxi for which we were charged €25 - he said it was minimum...

"This was more like an air bb. Very clean. Cleaners came in every day. The contact person was very helpful and knowledgeable spoke excellent English. Gave us a lot of tips and recommended a Bistro just over the road which had a lovely menu. We also loved that there was a communal lounge/ Kitchen dining area which had everything you needed if you wanted to cook your own food. Bathroom was a bit small but had everything you needed."
