"Excellent location for the Sphere (Eagles and Wizard of Oz) with so much to do and no shortage of restaurants. The staff throughout the hotel and plaza were just over the top helpful and nice. I couldn't get over how friendly everyone was throughout Vegas. Check in/out and getting room keys was super easy at a kiosk. Never dealt with a desk person. When you check in at the kiosk, your room number flashes on the screen and you need to write it down on the card sleeve (pens are provided). I didn't realize that and a hotel staff was right there to retrieve it for me. When you check in, your reservation is pulled up with your drivers license and a photo is taken. Your name, confirmation numbers etc. are not used. During check in, you will then pay any hotel fees, parking fees, deposits, etc. so be prepared. Self parking for our rental car was very easy to get into and out of. There are no coffee makers in the room which was a shock. In fact, none of the strip hotels have coffee makers in the rooms. That meant after being out late at night and wanting coffee the first thing in the morning, you had to order it for mobile pickup, get dressed and get it at Starbucks. You can get coffee at the Dandelion Chocolate shop and there was never a big line. You can get room service for about $30+. Few places take cash. The hotel is just beautiful and just had the best time. We expected everything to be expensive, but it has really gotten over the top expensive compared to our past visits. "
"Although Vegas is full of life (and noise), once you get off those elevators onto your floor, its quietness is what stood out. So nice to have such peaceful rest when you're in a place that never sleeps. Room & halls were clean. Room was very spacious. No complaints what's so ever!"
"Room very clean, nice shower, comfortable bed. The customer service could be quicker and the check in machines could work better to avoid the line. Better food court options would be nice as well. "
