"I paid for a breakfast my first morning as part of the hotel - but when I got there for breakfast, was told I needed a voucher - which I did not get, or have. The toilet could not be flushed without taking off the lid, the thermostat did not work, and the blinds would not shut completely. In general, the hotel as a whole was 'OK' but my room was NOT good. If I can help it, I'll never be back - despite it's convenience of a short drive to the metro station in Greenbelt. The price of the hotel was fine - but I still didn't get the breakfast(s) (I paid for two as my wife was going to also stay, but didn't) I paid for on the 28th"
