"Short walk from train station.. check in staff helpful and friendly.. ease of access is not great .. steps on arrival and had to carry luggage up them and the lift to the floors above was very tight . we booked 2 rooms,, air con good, beds very firm but both clean and tidy but one room was next to train tracks (noise/vibration)and disappointed there was a terrible sewage smell in the bathroom (402).,
Breakfast was ok but if you like cooked breakfast the choice is poor.. food we had was good...

"I came to Sorrento for a short stay to celebrate my 40th birthday. My partner emailed the hotel and I also left a message on the booking to see if there was anything they could do. They did absolutely zero to even acknowledge this or even wish me a Happy Birthday despite them scanning my passport further confirming that it was indeed my 40th birthday.
The bathroom was not renovated as per current pictures and was tired and yellow. Room very basic, but I find this standard in Italy so no...

Outdoor patio area, not tidy or appealing, glassware left from other guests, several bulbs burnt out on the patio, not attended to as to make it an area a guest would want to visit or hang out at.
Front staff, not very knowledgeable of attractions or events to guide a tourist.
Breakfast was well stocked and varied.
Natural on this place as it does only what is needed...minimum...
