"I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this hotel in Naples. I made a last-minute reservation through Expedia and arrived late at night after a long, exhausting day. At check-in, another guest was telling the front desk that her room had cockroaches. The staff responded, “there is nothing I could do, I have no other room,” and told her to leave and contact for a refund. That response alone was shocking and concerning, but given how late it was and the lack of other options...

"This is an old motel, things are simple and room is small. While not a spa it is clean. There is good air conditioning, a frig, freezer, microwave and tv. It’s right next to rt 41 but quiet. Good night’s sleep. "

"The place is beautiful, but I am not happy with the cleanliness of the room. I actually had to go out and buy floor cleaner because the floor was very dirty—as was the bathroom. It is obvious that they don't use bleach and only do a half-hearted job of sweeping; bleach kills bacteria and mold. The table was covered in dust. I am dissatisfied with the room; considering the price they charge, I think the housekeeping staff should pay more attention—I don't believe they actually inspect the rooms...

The AC works perfectly to keep our room cool, the distance to the park for the pickleball tournament was close and easy, the room was spotless, the pool was refreshing, the pickleball court was fun, the continental breakfast was the perfect amount and everyone was always so nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Everything was perfect but the night supervisor Susana was very rude. Apparently she doesn’t like her job. All the other staff members were very helpful and very attentive.including Armand the concierge who provided a very good service. I hope the management can hire people who actually likes the job and has the correct attitude. Susana seems to be very unhappy with her work but also with her life."

"We switched our reservation from the 4 Seasons to the Escalante and are so glad we did so. It was walking distance to the town but a completely secluded, hideaway. It was so relaxing, clean and beautiful. We loved the staff and music. We absolutely will return and highly recommend to others!"
