"Fridge and freezer didn't work. Cooking implements, pans, plates and cups cost extra. Coffee maker had to be purchased, and there was no coffee or tea in the lobby. No change available for laundry, so you had to accept the surcharge for using credit card. Internet failed. Power failed, AC would shutofff automatically.. it was just terrible. "

"The staff were great, rooms are great too & comfortable beds. Nice pool area with indoor/outdoor bar. The breakfast was good but wish it had a bigger selection of food. Stayed there 7 days and everyday was the same food. Overall I highly recommend this Hotel to families."

"The hotel and room was clean and the staff was helpful, the property is closed to beaches and restaurants in downtown Naples. The bar/restaurant area has a nice view of a bay with a pier and boats. The rooms should be remodeled with a better shower system and faucet as it was very difficult to use the shower handles. The property is located on a busy street so you can hear the traffic from the room."

"The young lady and lady with red hair that work in the front are really nice and helpful with directions and helping us with things in the hotel, they are very nice and friendly and gave me compliments:) as a 19 yr who struggles with booking hotels at my age i really recommend this one they are outstanding at what they do even providing key points that i need to know and providing directions on beach locations, they have a passion and good energy twords people.They are the most nicest genuine...

"We switched our reservation from the 4 Seasons to the Escalante and are so glad we did so. It was walking distance to the town but a completely secluded, hideaway. It was so relaxing, clean and beautiful. We loved the staff and music. We absolutely will return and highly recommend to others!"
