"Staff was nice, convenient location. But when walked in building there was a bad Odor. Walking into room stronger odor. Sprayed a lot of Body Spray to cover it up. Shower would not stay Hot. Had to stand next to TV to use remote. The pool and Hot tub water was very cloudy and also had an Odor. ( Definitely wasn't Chlorine. Only 1 of the Jets worked in Hot tub and water was lukewarm. "

"It was nothing like online. The smell of weed smacked you in the face wherever you went, including your room. Torn and broken furniture, stained carpet, food on the walls. It was absolutely atrocious. We lasted 30 minutes and ended up leaving and going somewhere else. "

"The staff was friendly and very nice. The room however was awful. The tile floor had not been properly adhered to the subfloor. The tiles were cracked in some place and in others would lift up as you walked on them. It sounded like you were walking on broken glass. The hand towel holder kept falling off every time you took a towel off. The light bulbs needed to be changed one was out and the other flickered. When we asked if we can change rooms we were told no due to it being full. "
