"Rasheem and the staff at the desk were awesome; from making suggestions to tired travelers for local fare to taking care of us when a minor issue arose with the room. He worked to make sure we felt at home and pleased with our accommodations. The location was perfect for our purpose of travel, close to the medical center needed, and wonderfully quiet overnight, despite having a window view of the highway."

"Exterior Entrance had caught fire, so was very vacant looking upon entry, but once inside the staff are very courteous, go above and beyond to help. Rooms are spacious & very clean. Granted it looks like its been refreshed, but housekeeping has kept it clean & welcoming. "

"We were stranded here for 2 days during the big January 2026 snowstorms that shut down the entire Northeast. With limited rooms available in the area it was quickly becoming difficult to find a place to wait out the storm. while other hotels were raising prices these guys didn't. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained. I would 100% stay here again."
