"Clean rooms staff was friendly"

Front desk staff aggressive and not polite when askling for help.. breakfast was horrible and dirty I'm in a wheelchair and was waiting in line for food and the hot food pans were empty and it took over an half hour to be refilled by the time I got back in the new formed line of people it was scrap's of food left... I never felt so mistreated and looked down at by the workers .. I went to the desk and Said I...

Not to mention I had to obtain a hotel at another location so...

"We reserved a two Queen Bed Room through Expedia. However, when we got to the hotel, in our third floor room with our heavy luggage....it was one King bed. "Our stay here was very satisfactory. It was kept clean and the staff were friendly. It’s a very minimal and functional hotel to stay in. My only complaint is that the walls are thin so we often heard the room next to us and the hallway. Other than that, this was a good place to stay outside of Memphis. "
