Front desk staff aggressive and not polite when askling for help.. breakfast was horrible and dirty I'm in a wheelchair and was waiting in line for food and the hot food pans were empty and it took over an half hour to be refilled by the time I got back in the new formed line of people it was scrap's of food left... I never felt so mistreated and looked down at by the workers .. I went to the desk and Said I...

"The light in the bathroom was messed up. When you turned on the switch the light would flicker but not stay on. I had to keep messing with it in order for it to stay on. The toilet made a squealing noise when flushing and the water had a weird smell."

"We reserved a two Queen Bed Room through Expedia. However, when we got to the hotel, in our third floor room with our heavy luggage....it was one King bed. Too tired and sleepy to go back downstairs to make a fuss. Next day, when I queried the desk gal, she said the issue was "not on them". I would need to contact my third party scheduler, Expedia. Needless to say, they would not take responsibility for putting us in the wrong room. They said EXPEDIA was at fault, since they said King Bed...
