Very nice staff and wonderful breakfast. Got confused with billing payments but the staff reassured me and the manger helped explain the process to me as it was my first time paying for a hotel and flight. Porz is a lovely area and the locals were helpful when I got lost or confused as my German is not the best. Would stay here again.

based on other reviews I made sure to get here early before check in. Doing that was a little inconvenient waiting around for about half an hour but the mobile check in was easy and the room was right for a budget one-night stay before a flight.

Practical and affordable option. Single bed rooms are small but sufficient. Breakfast is a bit on the simple side… but its there. A bit of noise from the street early morning, but nothing that you notice until you wake up…

Tried to check in at 11pm, no reception, no self check in machines available as stated, somehow the code for entering the room didn't work, no one replied on the assistance ring bell, phone didn't work (during the day yes ..). LOCKED OUTSIDE, I had to find another hotel.

Check in was difficult as the hotel tried to do the process entirely via email and a link to open doors. Imagine this, the links did not work. The room was dark and gloomy and showing its age with a broken sofa bed and dirty shower. This was one more expensive hotels on our trip of many and was our least favorite.

Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, Safe , Wasserkocher, Tee und Kaffee vorhanden. Bad leider mot Duschvorhang. Es war aber alles sauber. Leidrr war es im Zimmer unfassbar warm und es lag direkt an der Hauptstraße im EG ( Zimmer 008). Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenster waren die Autos zu hören. Parkplatz sehr klein und eng. Wir haben lieber an der Straße geparkt. Das war ok. Bei ddr Buchung voelkeicut darauf achten, dass das Zimmer nicht zur Straße geht . Kein Aufzug vorhanden.

Make sure thay are open in advance!!!

Arrived to locked hotel. Rang contact number and told hotel closed and not accepting guests. No aplogies or options given. Terrible unprofessional. Had to find alternate accommodation at 9.30pm at night after just arriving in country

Prima hotel, van te voren wel vaccinatiebewijs toe moeten sturen. Kwamen daar midden in de nacht aan. Alle deuren gemakkelijk kunnen openen met vooraf ontvangen instructies.

I ordered a triple room because on the website it clearly states a king size bed with a single bed to fit 3 people comfortably. I was given a handicap room which was two single beds pushed together and the bathroom being a handicap bathroom had no shower stall. The shower consisted of a shower head attached to the wall which meant you were showing on the open bathroom floor. The water did not stay in the bathroom it ran out of the bathroom under the door and covered the bedroom floor soaking all of my belongings. When I brought this to the staffs attention we were not moved. They did nothing until moving us to a new room the last night of my stay. We received no room service, no fresh towels, nothing. I had to ask the staff before they left for the day/night at 5pm for new towels because all of mine were soaked because I had to clean up all the water myself.

Difficult to enter, nobody in the reception, and the button sent by email didn't work, I had to call for them to remotely open me the door (entrance and room ones) Very noisy from the cars passing next to it, since it is in the ground level. A little claustrofobic, since there are 2 doors (beyond the entrance door) before getting in to the room door. The paper left in the room with instructions and information was in german language, no english available. They knew I was a foreigner who had commuincated previously in english language. As positive aspects, there is a fridge with water where we can put other products, the WC is not bad and the room is well heated.

The check in was unusual but cool. However, very confusing that there was no staff on the property. Room is perfect, updated furniture and well maintained. However, they forgot our towels and since there’s no staff, we could not get towels the first night

Mein Aufenthalt: 12.11.2021-14.11.2021. Erstmals. Positiv: Zimmerausstattung überraschend. Sehr gutes Bett, per Schalter indirekte Beleuchtung über der Wandverkleidung des Doppelbetts, an der mich als Vielfliegerin ein grosser, startender Turboprop als Wandtapete begrüsste. Passte gut zu der Bezeichnung Airport Hotel. Wahlweise, per Schalter neben den Betten kleine Lampen. Auch war die Deckenbeleuchtung vom Bett aus einschaltbar. Dazu ein kleiner Kühlschrank mit einer Flasche Mineralwasser pro Aufenthaltstag. Und auch noch eine kleine Mikrowelle. Alles, Zimmer und Bad bei Ankunft sauber. Dame an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Negativ: Facility Service enttäuschend: Keine zweite Flasche Mineralwasser am 2. Tag, wie pro Tag angekündigt, Bett nicht gemacht, Bad nicht gesäubert, Duschwasser floss bereits am ersten Morgen, wohl auf Grund von partieller Verstopfung, extrem langsam ab. Auch dem Duschkopf täte eine Entkalkung gut. Ich hoffe, meine Bewertung trägt dazu bei, diese Mängel beim Facility Service zu beseitigen. Denn ich würde gerne wieder kommen.
