Would never stay here again. Didn't feel safe, no radiators in room. Every thing about it was old and in poor condition. Stains on bathroom mirror, wasn't cleaned. Asked for Parking with hotel but when I got to the hotel I was told Parking was 15 mins from hotel. Also would not recommend booking through Expedia, their impossible to get hold of.

Frühstück um 8.45 kaum möglich, Brötchen, Beilagen, Kaffeemilch, Eier leer, kein Besteck, Gläser,.. es wurde nichts nachgelegt, bei Nachfrage sehr unfreundliche Reaktion und diskutieren notwendig. Teppich im Außenbereich und Zimmer mit Flecken übersät, es wurde nicht einmal gesaugt.

Great location, a lot of dining options in the area and easy access to public transport. The room was clean though the property is a bit old. The key to the room was an actual key chained to a big block, and we only got one copy. All the other hotels typically gave us card keys. One morning someone we don’t know unlocked and entered our room, and then left. We asked the reception desk who it was (probably cleaning service?) but couldn’t get a clear answer.

First impressions weren’t great, reception area and front of desk very unwelcoming and uninviting. When asking for recommendations of where to see in the area she was very unenthusiastic to tell us and acted as if we were a hindrance. Room was no better, looks like something from the 80’s that has been forgotten about. Booked a double and ended up with two single beds. Very dated and dirty, bathroom had hair in shower still, toilet seat doesn’t stay up so it kept falling on your back when trying to use the toilet! Grouting on the tiled floor shifted and actually came loose and stuck to my feet, disgusting. Lights beside the beds didn’t fully work, a constant flicker and not actually attached properly. Constant noise outside the room until early hours, shouting, laughing, bottles smashing, unsure if this was from a nearby business? Can also hear noise from room above, every single movement could be heard throughout the night. Checking out was no better either, was not asked of our stay was ok (seems they already know the answer and avoid this question) he seemed again fed up of us being there when asked if we could store out suitcase. When collecting our suitcase to leave later, no goodbye or acknowledgement, only gets a 2 star due to surprisingly comfortable beds and convient location, but absolutely not worth the money at all, avoid.

Personeel was heel vriendelijk, we sliepen helaas aan de straatkant waar er superveel lawaai was de in het hotel zelf hoorde je ook alles. In de voorzieningen stond dat er parking voorzien was echter was dit enkel voor kleine wagens en hebben we een kwartier verder moeten parkeren. Op zich niet erg maar de parking in mediapark kost 25euro/dag. Het ontbijt was lekker, eerder beperkt. Wel de ideale locatie naar het centrum van Keulen
