Very clean, comfortable and conveniently placed. We had the small room but everything was there that you needed ... just compact. Quiet if windows were closed as some light traffic.

This hotel is very much in the heart of Cologne. We enjoyed having to walk around the area as there are many shopping places to go to. The amenities were great. Everything was clean and updated. Staff were amazing! All were helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel!

Located in a central and convenient area of Cologne close to restaurants and shopping options. Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly. We needed to store our bags when we checked out. They didn't really have a proper secure place to do so.

Would stay again

Central location, comfortable and a free breakfast. Would have appreciated some vegan options for breakfast. Noise can be heard from the street but this quietened down overnight on the Monday. There was an issue with the new fire alarm system on the Tuesday morning but this was resolved after it happened a few times. Would recommend this affordable hotel if not looking for anything extremely special.

Loved the location, walking distance to the cathedral, Rhine river, train station. In the heart of old town. Breakfast was super. Only complaints are that the elevator was out of order and inless you took a shower in off hours, there was no hot water. We would rebook this hotel if we return to Cologne.

We stayed in this really nice hotel in the heart of Cologne for 2 nights just before Christmas. It was within walking distance of all the sites and Christmas Markets, which made it really easy and convenient for us. The location was near a busy street with shops and restaurants but was quiet. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was included and there was a good array of items available. This was a really good and convenient added extra as we noticed that other local places to eat for breakfast didn’t open as early as we would like and would have been expensive and time consuming. The room was clean, tidy and a good size and we had a view of the Cathedral.
