"Excellent modern property! A delight to stay here….excellent views of the ocean too. And walking distance to almost everything. The drop off/ pick up arrangements are weird with multiple levels of lobbies but that is the architect’s fault….not the hotel’s. We will definitely be back"

"I have travelled the World extensively, and this property is possibly my favourite of any I have stayed in. It maintains old world colonial character and charm, with its very high standards, excellent staff, and wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. We stayed 8 years ago and have been planning g a return since. We are however devastated to hear that the hotel will close at the end of its current lease in August 2027, so this was likely to be our last ever visit."

"Our stay at Galle Face was a truly pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The restaurant staff were always polite, attentive, and eager to ensure our needs were met. A special thanks to Devi for her kindness and exceptional service. We would also like to thank Guest Relations Executive Ivoni, who kindly arranged an early check-in for us...
