"Perfect spot for family vacation with little children. Hotel is well maintained and very clean. All staff were very friendly. Only get club room for couple only. Loved breakfast buffet. I was not impressed with Mexican restaurant or dinner option. But the Italian and Asian were good food. Would prefer to have also buffet dinner."

"Very nice boutique style hotel. Not a huge resort and more quaint and comfortable. This isn’t a place if you want higher energy. It’s more on the quiet, relaxation side of things. It’s right in the El Centro area and they do have some cool little restaurants and bars. Close to Zona Romántica - we mostly ubered to avoid heat but the drive cost is very cheap. Nothing like the US cost. The hotel is in a place that you can just walk out and be at a few steps from stores, grocery and farmacias in case you need any medication - I certainly did. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the view from the 6th floor was unbeatable. I think any room you get is great as they all face the ocean. The service is amazing. Our room had great cleaning service and turn down service every night with a treat. They have a pillow library and you get to choose the style you want and room scent. The 1 thing I maybe would have enjoyed a little more is a little more music around the pool bar - not like a club but just a little more entertainment there. Overall, I am very happy with my selection. Thank you."
