"The rooms were stuffy and didn’t have adequate air circulation. The cleanliness (especially the bathrooms) wasn’t great. We had two rooms directly off of the main reception area, and it was incredibly loud throughout the day and well into the night. The included breakfast was below average and had small portions. The beds were not very comfortable. Also keep in mind that the standard rooms do not have A/C or fridges in the rooms. The hotel wifi also barely worked, and when it did, the connection was incredibly slow. Would not recommend."

"Great “aparthotel” for more independent travelers. Pros: Location - safe (24/7 doormen), walkable and accessible by major transit options Friendliness - The doormen were very helpful and friendly Attentive - we had a brief issue with the AC and someone was there to assist within 5 minutes of us reaching out To address some of the negative comments from other reviews - yes it was noisy but I personally think that is to be expected because you are centrally located in a major metropolitan area with a population of over 9 million people. I heard regular street noise - never noise from the building/other guests. The hosts also provided earplugs so it seems they are responsive to feedback. We ran the AC which worked well to act as white noise so it was not a problem for us. Cleanliness - our room was perfectly clean upon our arrival. I can understand how the room might look a little “beat up” because it is hard to keep white walls, white tile, and white grout looking fresh and new in such a high traffic areas. Kitchen supplies - I was more than impressed by the availability of the tools in the kitchen. It was supplied with a nespresso, blender, plates, bowls, mugs, silverware and a few basic utensils (spatula, etc), pot/pan. “Luxury” label - another review mentioned being disappointed because the listing advertised itself as luxury. Realistically for the price point, one should have known this was not going to be luxury. It exceeded my expectations for the price point!"
