"Hi i stay there for 1 night. Location wise no doubt is very convenient it is just right beside Cologne Station. 1 minute walk. And it is opposite the cologne cathedral. I got upgraded for free to a better room with a window view facing the cologne cathedral. The room was classic but a little bit old on the furniture. But it is very spacious with a living room no complain there. I was very please with their friendly customer service and they gave us an extra bed for free for my 9yr old & a baby...

"I am very amazed by the standard of service and the quality and cleanliness of the room. The staff were very helpful, although we had to check in late, the self-check-in process is very easy to navigate, and we feel very comfortable even having to check in on our own, as the process is smooth. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The location of the hotel is really good, being mostly 5 minutes walk away from every location. Strongly recommend, and we would definitely want to stay in the...

"Das Zimmer war prima, Personal immer nett und das Frühstück hervorragend. Die Sauna ist auch sehr schön, nur relativ dunkel (und für unseren Geschmack zu warm)"

"Only stayed one night here. Parking is in the public parking area underground, so I was not 100% comfortable leaving anything in the car. The Hotel is walkable to the Dome and the shopping district, but just barely. Room was adequate for one night. "

"Room was super clean and cute. The street is busy with clubs but we didn’t hear a thing in our room. Love that the parking garage was right in front of the building, 24hour parking was 18€, not too bad for a city. Super safe and definitely would recommend"

"checking in was difficult. nobody was there upon arrival, door was locked. i had to call someone offsite to help check me in. self-check in wasn’t operational. called again to reboot system. staff sent an email requesting i pay again for my reservation i’ve already booked. bed came with one comforter, base price was for two adults. staff digitally requested that i pay an extra $10 per night per person. all was eventually resolved but it was one after another."

"We booked 2 suites. The room was clean and spacious, but decor very stark and minimalist. The bathroom is black and dark. The amount of lights in the room could be increased. There's a great coffee machine in the room, but no milk. No shower cap in the room or at the front desk. The hotel lobby has one very interesting sofa, which is hugely uncomfortable. All in all very chic, but lacking warmth and life."
