"I arrived the day before my bday and was upgraded instantly once Isiah and Anthony found out. They made me aware of the water outage during my stay ahead of time (which were only a few hours). It gave me time to lay by the pool and nap. The bar staff were extremely nice (Tim, Tinesha (I hope I spelled it right) and another guy black with glasses). They all told me happy bday, provided a free shot (yes I tipped lol). This place you could just park and/or valet and never leave. The food court on...

"I’m a little bummed after high expectations. The rooftop was closed both nights of our stay due to party reservations. Also, our room was a bunk bed room, which I didn’t expect at all— it felt very summer campy. Furthermore, we were in the basement with two outside walls, so it was very loud. We were awaken on Monday morning at 8:00am exactly to a pressure washer right outside my window. Definitely didn’t feel luxurious. Staff and service was great though. The Valet guys were awesome!!!"

"Front desk staff was very helpful, I forgot my toothpaste and I received a complimentary one. The staff at the entrance doors always greeted me as well. Everyone was very pleasant, from the cleaning staff in the hallways to the staff teams at the front lobby."

"I dont really have any complaints but I wont give it a raving review either. The lighting in the room had a weird high putch buzzing sound and the lighting in the bathroom was poor for make up application. The beds were I credibly comfortable tho and I enjoyed the atmosphere everywhere I went."
