The spa was great, but was looking for a more welcoming vibe from front desk staff. It was bummer that the valet staff couldn’t give us any information about the parking garage compared to valet if we didn’t plan on leaving and the water damage to our room was pretty clear in the bathroom and the sprinkler system outside of our door.
