"The location of the property is great, and the staffs were nice, friendly and hardworking. However, the property is quite outdated and need a renovation. During our stay, the bathroom light was missing its cover, with exposed wiring hanging above our heads, which was dangerous hazard environment. A special shout-out the lady working in the breakfast room- she worked incredibly and the area clean. The staff deserve a raise for the effort they put into keeping this hotel running."

"Love staying here, staff is amazing, I would give a specific shoutout but all of them are so great! Rooms are always nice, clean, cozy beds. Decorated super cute. Barons the restaurant inside is super good, highly recommend their salads and pastas. Great location- quiet but walkable. On the better side of town… Will definitely be back soon."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Silver Spruce Inn! The location is excellent, close to all the main attractions, which made it very convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were very comfortable, with spacious bathrooms, and the property had plenty of parking. We also really enjoyed the early buffet breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. Everything was very clean, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Audrey. She was so kind and helpful and made our check-in experience very smooth and pleasant. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back!"

"Excellent location to Main Street restaurants and local shops. Easy in to Breck including if you want to explore Frisco and Vail. Condo was very clean ( we had the premium). Hot water and pressure was very good in the kitchen and vanity areas.. not great for either in the shower😖. Kitchen was great with appliances etc.. we had a street facing condo which turned out great for Oktoberfest weekend.. noice was minimal."
