"We had an absolutely wonderful time here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was so nice to walk right to the Hot Springs. The history of the hotel is very well displayed, and we thoroughly enjoyed that. The only slight concern that I had was that the bed was very uncomfortable. Besides that we had a wonderful stay."

"Loved the heated pool. Place has a great vibe. Didn't stick around for breakfast. Front desk guy was nice. Only problem was my matress had a dip in the middle. Room 565 needs a new matress. Not comftorable."

"The person at the desk in the lobby was able to hold my cold packs in a freezer overnight for me. Thought that was really nice. Got a bottle of some lovely wine with my room. It’s where I stay anytime I’m in Vail for a reason. All this plus hot tub u see the stars at night. I mean come one. Definitely recommend."
