The phone number listed on the reservation went straight to voicemail without a call back ever. I spent nearly 2 hours teying to figure out what I needed to do to check in, then calling Orbitz customer support and talkking with a rep and a supervisor and then finding another place to stay at the last minute. "Door access panel was out of battery when we arrived. Hosts were not available to be reached at the provided phone number, were not made aware they would not be reachable. Hosts away all weekend and did not return until Monday morning. Did not call to check in upon returning, despite us leaving voice mails regarding the problem accessing their suite.
