"Great location!"

"Bring your own towels; theirs will leave a white residue and cloth bits on your skin (I tried multiple towels). They have a smart TV in the room, the property was quiet, walking distance to Chipotle and local restaurants, and small driving distance to both Walmart and other shopping centers. The property was very clean EXCEPT for the far right stairwell. Staff was all very friendly. "La estancia me pareció muy buena, no es hotel, es un departamento y por lo tanto funciona diferente, no hay limpieza diaria de las habitaciones, aunque mi solicitud de sábanas extras y almohadas me las resolvieron inmediatamente. Esta muy cerca de el centro, puedes caminar aunque para conocer Denver necesitas auto. El departamento es muy amplio, es la razón por la que decidí alojarme ahí. Las almohadas hay que cambiarlas, tenían manchas, no lo note por la cubre almohadas aunque el último día si...

"The location of this property was perfect! Very close to all of the restaurants and shopping. The room was stocked with pot/pans and all the dishes we needed for our stay. The showers also had shampoo and body wash but we did not use as we had already packed ours. The room was clean and there was a washer and dryer in the unit. I do wish the parking was part of the fee but it’s not. Overall the room was exactly what we needed, however, I wish there would've been somewhere on the booking page...

"No response for request for keys, never received request for info email; immediaye voice mail with no call back. HAD TO GET A ROOM ELSEWHERE. Hotels.com should NOT offer this place to stay when it is confirmed you get no help/immediate response. It was 7 pm at night, NOT the 10 pm advertised late check in."

"Their customer service is awful. I made reservations for 3 condos. After confirming the 3 they cancelled 1 with no notification. We had to stay at a nearby hotel. There is a charge for parking which wasn’t noted. You had to wait each day for a code to use the following day to get into your apartment. I will never stay there again"
