"I liked the rooftop terrace and bar. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Valet parking was convenient. Personally, I like to have a mini -frig/microwave available in my room due to dietary limitations. The only issue I had was that I entered the elevator on my floor, the door shut, and the elevator didn't move. I was stuck. I pressed the help button and got an immediate response. The fire department arrived within minutes and resolved the problem and I was on my way. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning."

"Clean room, very helpful staff, particularly I'd like to give a shout out to the housekeeping staff Veronica and front desk Eric. Their pleasant and helpful attitude made our stay a pleasant one. We stayed in a room with 2 double beds. However the bed that's facing the window can't be used as the aircon vent directly output the air onto your head. Tried to change the direction without success. I wish there was a different coffee maker in a the room that let you make coffee and also allow you to make tea. The downstairs coffee shop is always busy and also it's annoying to have to put your cloth on and make it downstairs first thing in the morning. Overall it was a pleasant stay."

"I loved this little spot !! The location is excellent, the staff were very kind and helpful. My biggest complaint is the restaurant/bar were closed!! I stayed 2 nights and most definitlty would of had dinner and drinks if they were available. The room was nice, bed was comfy and the A/c worked excellently. The free breakfast was good. Omlette is available for 6.95 but alot to chose from also. If I return to Colorado Springs, I will return to this hotel."

"I choose this hotel for the breakfast buffet & they did not disappoint. No matter how you eat, they have something for you! My teenage son indulged in the pancakes, waffles & cereal. Meanwhile, I am TRYING to eat keto, and they had scrambled eggs & two meats daily in addition to a bowl of butter packets at the toast/bagel area. They also had stevia packets (in addition to all the normal packets) on every table & fresh coffee each morning (and a selection of juices for the kids). There was also fresh cut fruit & yogurt each morning. Personally, I couldn't think of anything more that I'd want at the buffet. Also, in the evenings the restaurant had great food & great service - much tastier than the restaurant across the parking lot. It was definitely worth the extra money that I paid to stay there. The gym is small but surprisingly has everything you need. Everything was working when I was there. The staff is super friendly! If you are ocd about cleaning then you may struggle with every third or 4th day room cleaning but otherwise this place was perfect for my needs & I would definitely return!"
