Booked through Hotel.com. Was charged around $90.00 when I left the hotel. Called the hotel to inquire about charges. Was told a “ghost card should have been charged if booked through hotel.com”…Have not heard back. Still don’t know why my credit card was charged an extra 90.00?!

The Academy Hotel Colorado Springs
This property was disgusting. I only checked in for one night but the WIFI didn’t work the entire time, there were bodily fluid stains all over the couch and chair that was never cleaned off. Also found blood on one of the pillows. It makes me think that this place doesn’t thoroughly clean the room ...
