"Although we didn't have any issues the location was not in a good area, We were told by transportation people not to go out after dark. Key cards very rarely worked had to go down to the desk almost all the time for a new one. No the cards were not near our phone. Staff were excellent and very professional but of course frustrated because of the key issue, never gave us a hard time about it.
