Everything about this visit was top rate! The B&B was clean, comfortable, (even has a theatre room!) and welcoming. The views from the patio are great in the morning and at night. You can sip your wine around the fire table and watch the sun set over the mountains. Dennis and Janet are warm and pay attention to every detail to make your stay remarkable!

My stay was relaxing and pleasant in every way. The hosts’ communication was excellent, and their service was top-notch. The place was beyond beautiful. The breakfasts were great, and they were even able to accommodate my food restrictions and were so nice about it. I will definitely be returning!

Peak Valley Manor - Relaxing!

What a wonderful place with such gracious hosts! Dennis and Janet went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The location is a tranquil meadow away from the buzz of the city. Our stay was three nights and we were greeted each morning with a delicious breakfast customed made to meet our tastes and needs. Our favorites were the ham, egg, and cheese breakfast croissant and the fresh and flaky apple turnovers. Mmmm! The unit has it's own movie theater where you can recline, relax and enjoy a good movie (we watched The Intern). I loved rising early, brewing myself a cup of coffee, stepping out on the patio and enjoying the view next to a babbling brook. There are horses next door to watch and we even saw deer.

Dennis and Janet were extremely gracious, the facilities are spotless, and the breakfasts were delicious. They were also very helpful with local information (before and during our stay). This made our time here stress free. The scenery here is amazing both in the morning and at sunset. We thoroughly enjoyed the fire table and the hummingbirds provided endless entertainment. The view from the home of Pikes Peak is just stunning. This is a wonderful B&B.

Spotless, breathtaking views, beautiful deck: couches, firepit, picnic table, unbelievable landscape. Interior decorating was unreal. Bed-super comfortable, large bathroom, the best place we've ever stayed. Breakfast was delicious! And the crowning jewels were the hosts. Accommodating, gracious, responsive, and lovely! Not a single negative thing can be said about this place!!

This bed and breakfast was amazing!! Dennis and Janet were incredible hosts, it felt like home away from home. We got in at 2:30 am due to a delayed flight and Dennis still stayed up to welcome us and show us around the house. They also made us a delicious breakfast in the morning. I would absolutely stay here again!

The view was phenomenal. The accommodations were great. The hosts were perfect. They make you feel like family. Most gracious friendly hosts you can ask for. Breakfast was delicious home cooking. We had read the reviews but nothing could have prepared us for the beauty of the property both side and out! The hosts Dennis and Janet were so accommodating. Loved the breakfast and sitting on the patio for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. Sitting by the fire breathing in the fresh air and the serenity in this place which was amazing!

We loved our experience at Peak Valley Manor! The lodging was exquisite and offered so many amenities that made our stay both relaxing and fun, like an actual theater room! The view from outside is breathtaking - you have a completely unobstructed view of Pike’s Peak and the rest of the range. Janet and Dennis were so accommodating and gracious. You will love the homemade breakfasts. We could not ask for a better place to stay and will definitely be back!

Beautiful view of Pikes Peak, surrounded by lovely homes and greeted by Dennis and Janet which are some of the best people you will ever meet. We enjoyed the luxurious home theater and cozy camp fire outside. The coffee bar was much needed after our long days of adventures and the Amazing Breakfast was fantastic every morning. This place is amazing! Beautifully decorated, extremely clean, with a wonderful terrace complete with fire table and fire pit as well! Very nice linens and both a tub and shower. This was an AMAZING place to stay. The location was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious! We really enjoyed hiking and sightseeing all day then relaxing in the theater room or by the gas fire pit outside on the patio. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night! Beautiful place!! So much room! We had a nice bedroom and beautiful bath, a study, a living room, dining room and kitchen. A coffee bar and full media Room with big screen and reclining chairs!! Outdoor area had pond and waterfall. Outdoor seating with a fire table and separate fire pit!! Also beautiful view of pikes peak. The breakfasts were amazing and Dennis and Janet were so sweet!! We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back!!

My First Perfect Review

I'm a hard man to please. Typically, I can find a fault in almost any place I've stayed, and I've stayed in some swanky places before. But this will be my first perfect review. And its all because of Janet and Dennis. Starting off, Dennis gave me and my wife a full tour of the suite, and showed in detail how to use all of the fantastic amenities. Janet came down and gave us fresh baked chocolate chip cookies and kettle corn for the home theater. In everything they did for us Janet and Dennis put in the utmost of care, and its easy to tell that they care about what they do and want to make sure your stay is wonderful as can be. The suite's cleanliness and comfort was above reproach, and my wife and I felt right at home. The next morning, Janet served her delicious french toast cobbler, and made sure we had everything we needed. She was very accomodating to our dietary needs, and she's an excellent cook! Dennis was there helping her and providing us with helpful information on the surrounding Colorado Springs area. And then they let us have our privacy. In the evenings after tiring days of adventuring, we took advantage of the home theater, which was, like everything else, excellent, and watched a few movies. But the real standout was the backyard patio. Sitting outside next to the fire pit with a mug of coffee and looking out over the valley and to the mountain ranges was sublime. But it's really Janet and Dennis's warm welcome that really makes this place shine.
