"No hot water to soak in soaker tub first night. The toilet shifted back and forth when you sat on it. No hot tub in function, 1 pool out of three open, and it was cold. The food was expensive and underwhelming. The staff was kind."

"It was a very nice hotel with an excellent spa and casino. The only issue we had was in the morning where there was no coffee anywhere. The barista had called off and the machine wasn’t working and the coffee pots they had out were empty. That was a bummer but that was literally the only issue."

Although I followed up with the staff twice during my stay, the issue remained unresolved until Expedia’s customer service intervened to process my refund. I now know that Expedia provides excellent support for such troubles."
