"DONT GO HERE ITS AWFUL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t expect a fast check in even if it’s pre paid for. the staff take extra long hoping the line thins. Then if you don’t have physical copies of i.d they accuse you of credit card fraud but first you have to wait 4 hours in orders to get that far. Then when you have, say your parents, try and buy you a room they just deny service completely. then walk away. we never said or did anything disrespectful until we were disrespected. Waiting in the lobby for 4 hours I can tell you don’t try and do anything in person or over the phone they will not help you they lie and say they have a line out the door when it was just me and another couple. They disappear for 30 min at a time and wait for the lobby to fill. then takes there time a minimum of 40 min per person and this was the manager so if that’s policy for her I can only imagine the other employees.if you look on google and see the reviews you’ll see why you should stay far away from this place. I never got a room or help the manager asked me if I had a solution. instead of telling me I could refund still since I was 45 min early she lied and said the link would work that she sent to me 2 times and my girlfriend 1 time and then it took 4 hours so my time to refund had expired I got robbed and they do it a lot.
