Check-in was at 3:00. No room ready until 4:00. Shower door wouldn't close, I had to wedge a washcloth into the door track to keep it closed. At breakfast, there were no knifes or salt packets 2 days in a row. Staff was not as helpful as we would've liked.

Hilton Garden Inn Columbia/Harbison
Property was nice and clean. Restaurant was expensive with ok food. Room was very clean and had everything you need. The bed was a lot firmer than I am used to, but that’s my opinion.

What I liked about the hotel was the staff were friendly bed was clean. What I didn’t like was there was no amenities to be used accept the pool that was close, and they had no gym.
