I had a nice, friendly check-in process. However, when checking out, the staff was unattentive and ignored me until I SPOKE UP. The property was well maintained. It should NOT say breakfast included. However, it should say grab breakfast and coffee included.

I've stayed there for several several months and the staff has always been helpful no matter what and respectful and kind. The rooms are nice and clean and smell very well. Just the bathtubs need to be updated or cleaned or something cuz some of them have like a little rust stain in them which makes them look dirty but for the most part they are clean. The amenities could be a little bit better due to they close at a certain time and doors locked @10a if you a person that works their shelf it's kind of hard coming in and out. Especially if you forget your key or if you're coming in after working third shift to check in. But for the most part I give it a four out of five

The woman who check us in was the high point. She was awesome. However, we didn’t feel safe, the rooms were dated and dirty. I was up most of the night checking on my vehicle and felt like I had to put a chair in front of the door for safety.

The bed was hard and the shower was nasty. The room smelled very musty. The breakfast is only nutrigrain bars, muffins, oatmeal and coffee. I was surprised with hidden deposit fees which I was not informed of before my stay. The staff was friendly though. This was my first and probably my last time staying at this property.

It was quiet and clean. Professional staff at the front desk. I was not bothered by other guests like at other hotels that were noisier. I liked my room and I like how the bed is not right next to the door and the hallway.

The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. The only complaint was that the room didn’t have a coffee pot and when asked at the front desk they said they didn’t have any. The only coffee they offered was in the morning at the Grab in Go Breakfast which consisted of coffee, packaged oatmeal, muffin or grits. You couldn’t beat the price for a quick one night stay while traveling.

Beds were comfortable and while you can see some use in the appliances and tub they were clean and the room is spacious i would definitely stay again the front desk clerks were so sweet and friendly i really enjoyed my first night so we stayed a 2nd night come visit they're great here

Property is convenient to the highway and only 20-25 minutes from USC. Convenient to shopping and only 2 miles from Costco. AC Unit struggle to keep entire room cool so we had to lower to 64 to keep bed area which is away from AC cool.

Desk person Amanda went beyond her duty very pleasant professional helpful excellent service..April house keeping only one working on the day of my stay working her tail off with a smile..rooms clean and smelled fantastic.. pictures don't do room justice I had living room kitchen in one room in separate room bedroom and bathroom 2 separate TV's I actually could live in that room #219..cracker barrel right next door..I will be staying here again thank you Amanda and April for such a great stay!

Very nice area, quiet, very convenient to all types of stores. Our room (2 bedroom) had way more space than we anticipated! They only had muffins and granola bars for breakfast and also no ice machine. Overall very nice and I’d recommend it!
