Very nice room and bathroom. Staff was friendly, valet parking was a bonus. Great location. Astra bar restaurant was really cool. Only down was no morning coffee option besides keurig.

Hampton Inn & Suites Columbus-Downtown
The breakfast was fresh and hot! The drinks were alil to be desired but fine, parking was great alil pricey . Staff were all friendly and kind. Snacks were very high! Pool was nice and warm on a very snowy night. It was a very peaceful stay

The Plaza Hotel Columbus at Capital Square
We appreciated the customer service. The new owner was a lovely man. Our room's heat did not work so they gave us a new room and a bag of some snacks and drinks.

Sonesta Columbus Downtown
The room was very nice, however it was only set up for 1 person for amenities. 1 wash cloth, 1 coffee pod. Check in was easy. Valet parking was great but we should have called for our car much earlier because we waited about 30 minutes before they brought it up. The restaurant in the lobby was fantastic. ...
