"I highly recommend the Red Coach Inn and will definitely book a stay there again when visiting Niagara Falls in the future. Our room was very clean and quiet. The park setting was beautiful and the staff was attentive and kind. The full breakfast that was included was tasty and the servers both mornings we were there were excellent. Very impressed!"

"Wont go again. The bar did not open at 4 as advertised. Not sure if it ipened at all one night so we went to another hotel for drinks, our offer said we would get a free gift, we did not, at the pool. They advertise beverage cart service til 4, we called twice, never came. When we spoke to the manager, she never even took her eyes off of the computer, and trust me, we never complain and are easy to please people. Go somewhere else."

"The staff was super friendly and willing to help out with any requests. The parking was only $5 a night which was not bad but this may vary depending on the time of the year.
The cleanliness could have been a lot better, we had some fruit flies in our room and some of the high touch areas did not seem to be properly wiped down in addition to hair in the shower when we checked in.
The rooms are much smaller than they look online which is okay but it would have been nice if the desk did not...
