Good hotel for a layover. Super fast and efficient check-in process. The staff literally took 30 sec to check me in... which is amazing. Highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed for 5 nights, one reservation under my name for 2 nights and 3 under a friends name. The room was never cleaned for the 5 days. The room air conditioner left the room smelling damp and wasn't able to get the temperature to the desired comfort. With that said, I would most likely stay there again. It was located exactly where I needed to be.

Dirty shoe print on the pillow when we got to the room. Was told to change the sheets MYSELF, but thankfully after requesting room cleaning to take care of it, it was resolved. If I wanted to change the sheets myself I would’ve stayed home. No first aid kit on hand either- don’t bother asking for a bandaid. Otherwise the stay was fine.

From talking with the desk staff and asking regarding the swimming pool as was listed for this on the website, I was told that it had been filled in with concrete. That really should be taken down from your web site. The staff member said how 'it can take some time' for something like that, but as a retired IT employee, that should only take a few minutes with whatever group updates your web site. Beyond that many public facilities (men's room on first floor & ice machine on third floor - we had to travel to the first floor for this), were not in order. I was very happy with the cleaning crew and the work that they did.

Went to the bathroom in the lobby area, cleaning lady walked in and rolled her eyes at us because they were apparently cleaning but no one was there and there was not a sign. Randy in the front was rude to someone asking him a simple question and then went on a rant about him not having to calm down. Ac in the room didn’t work well either.

Staff was friendly. The hallways and elevator were not cleaned during our stay as several pieces of debris were there from arrival until departure. The breakfast was not appetizing, little options and the juice machine was broken. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable.

I've stayed here a few times throughout the years with normally no issues. The hotel has been remodeled, so the room was nice. Unfortunately, during our stay, the pool was closed. Trying to get any channels on the TV to work was exhausting. So hardly any TV. Breakfast was not up to par. Coffee machines, and juice machines down. Phone was either not plugged in or didn't work thankfully there was not an emergency.

This is 2nd time in a month i have stayed there and the first time the a/c didn’t work, this time i immediately checked and the a/c didnt work so they moved me to the only empty room n the a/c worked but not great! I had to go myself and buy ant traps cuz there were ants everywhere! I found wrappers under the cabinet in the bathroom! Done staying there!

The property was under construction so some areas of the hotel were restricted. I was pleasantly surprised about how spacious the room and bathroom were! Clean and upgraded. Would definitely stay here again

I would take this Hotel off Your list it’s Old still under construction and I woke up up with ants in the bed ants all over the counter ants crawling around window sills to much I spent $60 on ribs and baked beans and my bags and container filled with ants I too both bags to front desk and asked for a refund
