Looks good on the outside but is dirty and outdated on the inside. I guess I got what I paid for as upon entering my room it smelled slightly of cigarettes although there is a no smoking policy. Nothing has been dusted off or wiped down properly as there was even dust in the chair cushion. I had to ask for new sheets as it appeared to be dried up blood stains on the sheets that were initially on the bed. Coffee area in the lobby looked dirty. The walls throughout the lobby and the room could use a heavy wipe down and on my last night I had to kill a roach that was in the bathroom. When asked for at least a small compensation for all the inconveniences it was stated that because I prepaid for the room on Experian, I could not be given any money back and would have to go through them. They offered me a free nights stay but I told them no thank you as I will not be back. The reviews were misleading or maybe my standards were too high.
The good thing was the staff was friendly and the location.
